Harold Lee, PH.D.

Director of Speaking Engagements

Dr. Harold Odell Lee III is a Marine Corps veteran, materials scientist, and national security analyst with more than a decade of leadership experience across military, research, and intelligence environments. He currently serves as a National Security Analyst at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, where he assesses emerging technologies for senior government decision-makers. His earlier work includes designing hypersonic and nuclear-deterrence materials at Sandia National Laboratories and leading systems engineering for the Intelligence Community at Northrop Grumman.

A 2024 and 2025 Black Engineer of the Year honoree with 50+ peer-reviewed publications, Dr. Lee earned his Ph.D. from Norfolk State University. As Director of Speaking Engagements at E4 Power Inc., he designs and delivers workshops for academic and corporate audiences, with attendees ranging from high school students exploring STEM careers to vice presidents shaping enterprise strategy.
